The globalCARS Excess Refund Protection is an additional service for our customers and its out commitment to reimburse you if have to pay a damage excess on a vehicle booked through us.
For AU15.50 a day, your rental be covered for the supplier's damage and theft excess costs charged locally. If the supplier charge you the excess amount on the vehicle, you may claim up to AUD7,000 online.
The Excess Refund Protection is only AUD15.50 per day!
We will pay up to AUD7,000 (for Australian and New Zealand bookings) or up to AUD5,000 (for International bookings) of the excess required to be paid as part of the vehicle rental agreement for any single or series of incidents under a single rental agreement due to accidental damage to the rental vehicle including:

This excess refund protection can be cancelled when globalCARS is advised 48 hours prior to the reserved car rental start date. Please note any changes to your booking will result in a reprice of your booking.
