Dear Jason, We were very happy with the car that we rented from your company. We noticed that it was a new car [C5 Tourer 2.0L Hdi Comfort Diesel] and very comfortable to drive and there was no problems and enjoyed the car wherever we went in Italy. It is the first time I booked to rent a car from your website. The very next time we require to rent a car we shall not hesitate to contact you again. The experience was wonderful. Hi Liana, We had a fantastic holiday in Europe. We were very impressed with the Renault Megane. Glad we got the 2.0 litre automatic model, as we did a bit of driving in hills etc in our 7600 kms in 52 days from Paris to Sicily and back through Austria and Germany. The features of the vehicle were great. Renault in Paris were also very good, but would offer the following constructive comments: Not enough time spend on handover of the vehicle to explain the different features. Only a quick question from the girl "Is there anything you want to know?". We subsequently were not sure how to operate the radio or the trip meter etc, which both had controls on the steering wheel. Consulting the manual was not much help. as it was all in french. We eventually worked it out, from trial and error. The radio was good in Italy, as it changed frequencies automatically, to keep us tuned to the one station (Virgin) which played a lot of english tunes. This was not explained.

Dear Sussan, Just to give some positive feedback. We picked up our new lease car in Rome and had no problems throughout the entire time we drove the car throughout Italy and France. Dropped it off again at Charles de Gaulle without issue and the return process was easy as well. The car was wonderful and we'd definitely use Global Cars to lease again.

Hi Irene, Thanks, we had an excellent driving holiday through Global cars and Citroen leasing. We received our C4 1.6L Hdi Airdream Diesel as ordered. All the arrangements worked as stated with no fuss and very efficiently. The leasing company personnel were very helpful and we could not believe how easy the process was in both picking up and dropping off the car. The car itself a C4 was very comfortable for three people with luggage and being diesel was very fuel efficient. We drove 5700 kilometres and averaged 5.3l/100kms. Hi Zeny, Arrived back home today after a great trip. I would just like to let you know that the Citroen C5 Touring 2.0L HDI Exclusive GPS was just fantastic. The Citroen man was waiting for us at Malpensa when we arrived & was there again when we returned it on Saturday, great service. We did just over 2,000 kms in the car, it was very practical, (with the luggage we had) comfortable, nice to drive & very economical too. I am delighted with the overall deal & can assure you the next time we are off to Europe, I will be in touch with you.

Dear Irene, I have just returned home from my long holiday and have to say what a great job global cars did. The car was great, a brand new Peugeot, and the pick up was spot on even at 5 am. I had to extend my lease a further 17 days due to the volcano disrupting air travel in Europe, just a phone call and a fax to my hotel and I was on my way, and at a good hire rate. Only one minor problem. no-one at the return location to receive the car so I had to get a taxi to the airport. However I will definitely use global cars again on my next trip to Europe next year.

Dear Irene, We have just returned after 7 weeks in Europe and it was a great trip. You do not realise how much history and culture there is over there until you see it yourself. The Renault Scenic Diesel we had surprised us. It was a great car with plenty of power for a 1.8 diesel, a lot of space and the fuel economy was fantastic. At one stage the driving range was 1024Km on a tank full but generally we got around 900km per tank. It performed very well and we had no problems with it. We ended up driving about 8,500km which we did not expect to do. It was a smooth and easy car to drive especially at high speed. Thank you again for all your assistance and if we go overseas again we will definitely go with your company. The pickup and return of the vehicle all went very well and all instructions from you were very clear and precise. Thank you and thanks to Renault.

I would like to commend you on your employee, Zeny Takeno. I have just finalised leasing a car through global cars, with Zeny, for my parents and their friends who are travelling to Europe this June. I found Zeny to be most informative and helpful with the whole process and very patient in explaining the procedure and quotes etc. Zeny was always very efficient in relaying information, returning phone calls promptly and organising paperwork almost immediately. It is lovely to speak with someone who is not only so friendly and polite over the telephone but also very well informed, I find this is very rare these days!

Just to let you know we were so impressed with everything to do with our lease car (Citroen C3) in Europe. Both picking up (Frankfurt) and dropping off (Zurich) the car was a hassle free experience and both gentlemen we dealt with were so helpful in giving us directions and providing transport to and from the airports. Hi Jason/Sussan, Some quick feedback: Booking easy (second time we have leased a Citroen through you) Sussan very responsive and took initiative to call me on several occasions to check everything was ok Pick-up simple and fast. People in Marseille were courteous and helpful. Same with drop-off. Very simple, quick and easy. Frankly I think it was easier to lease than rent and the deal was much better (e.g. 100% insurance).All up very happy and will use the same service for the next trip

Booking (and changes) was all handled really well and we were given plenty of information and instructions for pick up and drop off. Unfortunately, our flight arrived a little late in Toulouse and the person meeting us didn't wait very long, so was not there to meet us. We had a bit of a hard time contacting him from the airport and he spoke very little English, which made things trickier. However, our contact (? Cyril) was very nice and we got on our way eventually, with the help of an airport translator! Drop off went very smoothly. After a few delayed flights and lost luggage it occurred to me I should congratulate those who we received good service from. The original booking with yourselves was done perfectly, we arrived late in Nice on a Sunday afternoon and were delayed further with lost luggage however the girl from TT car transit waited for around 2 hours and was very obliging. When the car required its service at 1500 kms(no longer required) we were in Biarritz France and the Citroen dealer serviced the car without an appointment with a waiting lounge with TV and coffee At the conclusion of our holiday .w hen we dropped the car at Charles de Gaul airport the process went like clockwork with a lift to our departure point by a TT staff member. We were certainly very happy with our choice of Citroen Lease vehicle. It was exceptionally comfortable and economic 9.4 litres per 100km. The big plus was the automatic nature of the vehicle. The pick-up from Marseille was efficient with explanation adequate. The return was just as good with the agent taking our friends to the bus they had to catch to link with their train from Milan. One point you might keep in mind. Safety jackets and safety triangles and compulsory in France and Italy but are NOT supplied. They are readily available from any supermarket but it was something I was not expecting. To sum up a great car that greatly enhanced our enjoyment thought our stay in both France and Italy.
