Good Morning Sussan, Thank you for the welcome home, we had an outstanding trip. Our Renault was faultless throughout and the people at TT Cars were wonderful. We travelled just over 12000km through France Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro Austria, and Germany with 3 people and luggage. We crossed 16 mountain passes and some other at times challenging territory. We also travelled with our friends, in their Peugeot and our daughter and her family, plus another family in their Citroen, all arranged through you and Global. We all sing your praises for the professional manner you looked after us. You can be rest assured we will be taking advantage of your services in the future. I have also spread the word through my staff of 150. Thank you once again, and back to the daily grind, oh for another baguette.

Just to let you know we were so impressed with everything to do with our lease car (Citroen C3) in Europe. Both picking up (Frankfurt) and dropping off (Zurich) the car was a hassle free experience and both gentlemen we dealt with were so helpful in giving us directions and providing transport to and from the airports. The car was fantastic to drive and our only regret is that we did not get it for the entire trip as it was much more enjoyable than catching the train! We are recommending your company to everyone we talk to about our trip so thanks for all Jason Goulds help here in Australia to get this set up. Especially seeing we only just made the deadline to book the car.

Hi Jason/Sussan, Some quick feedback: Booking easy (second time we have leased a Citroen through you) Sussan very responsive and took initiative to call me on several occasions to check everything was ok Pick-up simple and fast. People in Marseille were courteous and helpful. Same with drop-off. Very simple, quick and easy. Frankly I think it was easier to lease than rent and the deal was much better (e.g. 100% insurance).All up very happy and will use the same service for the next trip

Dear Sussan, We had a great time in France and enjoyed the car very much. Booking (and changes) was all handled really well and we were given plenty of information and instructions for pick up and drop off. Unfortunately, our flight arrived a little late in Toulouse and the person meeting us didn't wait very long, so was not there to meet us. We had a bit of a hard time contacting him from the airport and he spoke very little English, which made things trickier. However, our contact (? Cyril) was very nice and we got on our way eventually, with the help of an airport translator! Drop off went very smoothly. We certainly would consider a car lease again through you and will recommend your company to our friends when travelling overseas. Kind regards

After a few delayed flights and lost luggage it occurred to me I should congratulate those who we received good service from. The original booking with yourselves was done perfectly, we arrived late in Nice on a Sunday afternoon and were delayed further with lost luggage however the girl from TT car transit waited for around 2 hours and was very obliging. When the car required its service at 1500 kms(no longer required) we were in Biarritz France and the Citroen dealer serviced the car without an appointment with a waiting lounge with TV and coffee At the conclusion of our holiday .w hen we dropped the car at Charles de Gaul airport the process went like clockwork with a lift to our departure point by a TT staff member. Well done guys and we look forward to using Global and TT in the future,

We were certainly very happy with our choice of Citroen Lease vehicle. It was exceptionally comfortable and economic 9.4 litres per 100km. The big plus was the automatic nature of the vehicle. The pick-up from Marseille was efficient with explanation adequate. The return was just as good with the agent taking our friends to the bus they had to catch to link with their train from Milan. One point you might keep in mind. Safety jackets and safety triangles and compulsory in France and Italy but are NOT supplied. They are readily available from any supermarket but it was something I was not expecting. To sum up a great car that greatly enhanced our enjoyment thought our stay in both France and Italy.
